Irwell Hill Residences is a new launch condominium in Singapore District 9 along Irwell Bank Road.  The site is part of a Government Land Sale (GLS), which is near River Valley Primary School and the upcoming Great World MRT station.  The tender drew seven bids, of which the highest bid was from City Developments (CDL) of nearly $583.89 million, which translate to a land rate of $1,515.10 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).

This parcel of land has a site area of 12,786.5 sqm and a maximum allowable Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 35,803 sqm. Therefore, the new project offers 540 units in 2 towers of 36-storeys each.

The site is situated in a strategic location at the junction of Irwell Bank Road and River Valley Road. Irwell Hill Residences location is much sought after for investors and home buyers alike. This will allow future residents to enjoy quick access to a plethora of amenities and facilities. It sits near the Great World City shopping mall, the upcoming Great World MRT Station on the Thomson-East Line and also close to the Orchard Road shopping belt.

There are also international schools nearby such as Chatsworth International (Orchard Campus) at Cairnhill Road and International School Singapore (Paterson Campus) and Overseas Family School (OFS).
